CHAS is a voluntary organisation that helps older people in need of housing.

We encourage a sense of community in all of our developments to improve the quality of older people’s lives.

CHAS has provided independent living for the elderly of Dublin for more than fifty years.

As a Charity, the Society has always been directed by a volunteer board and a small staff with some volunteer assistance.

Privacy and Care.
Safe and Comfortable

As well as a home, we also facilitate state support agencies such as the community social worker and community nurse in the provision of services to our residents. Our Housing Officer visits all residents regularly and provides a link to the wider community and can address issues for residents before they become critical.
