Safe and Comfortable
As well as a home, we also facilitate state support agencies such as the community social worker and community nurse in the provision of services to our residents. Our Housing Officer visits all residents regularly and provides a link to the wider community and can address issues for residents before they become critical.
Creating homes for those in need.
The ongoing mission of CHAS is to develop adequate resources, both in personnel, facilities and support services in order to provide the best-possible accommodation for our vulnerable tenants.
CHAS will continue to make its sites an active part of the local community and to bring local community activities into our buildings for the mutual benefit of both.
