2024.01 - Cabhrú are pleased to announce that work has commenced on the redevelopment of the James McSweeney House. Once completed in early 2026, James McSweeney house will comprise of thirty-five 1-bed apartments, age friendly homes designed to the highest standard for older people coming of the Dublin City Housing List.
2023.12 - Cabhrú welcome the approval from An Bord Pleanála for a new forty-two 1-bed apartments, age friendly homes designed to the highest standard for older people coming of the Dublin City Housing List. Due for completion in Quarter 1 2026.
